Are You Being Called?


Are you being called to be a Catechetical Leader?  Do you know someone that should be a Catechetical Leader?  This year the Office of Evangelization and Catechesis is offering two Basic Formation for Catechetical Leaders (BFCL) sessions.  One format is an intensive week (July 6-11) to be held at the St. Dominic Chancery and the other is six bi-monthly Saturdays beginning in October 2015 at Mary Queen Catholic Church in Friendswood.  For more information visit the OEC website. http://www.archgh.org/OEC/BFCL/

“Ruah” Winter Retreat

Wow! It’s only two weeks until Christmas. If you are a Professional Catechetical Leader, don’t forget to register for the January Winter Retreat “Ruah” to be held in Galveston on January 13 & 14 before you leave for the holidays.  Mike Patin, a nationally know speaker, will be leading this retreat.  So you don’t want to miss this opportunity to refresh before the busy seasons of Lent, Easter and Sacraments.  For more information and to register visit:
